1. Download the appropriate package for your system to your hard disk.

2. Extract the files from the archive using a utility such as WinZip or StuffIt Expander.

If you see any files named .DS_Store, you may discard them (these files contains Mac OS X information and are normally invisible on that platform.)

3. Decide which version of the banner you will use — black, teal, gray or warm gray, with or without the Search link. The files are labelled accordingly: _black, _teal, _gray, _wgray (warm gray), _nosearch etc. You may discard the unneeded files or save them elsewhere for future use.

4. Make copies of all of the files and put them in the folder on your hard disk or server where you work on web pages.

5. Copy, rename, and edit the templates as desired.

6. Upload the templates and images to your web server.
